HEART OF THE HOME

Designed with KT2 Design Group

This ‘80s kitchen had seen the last of the DIY projects and the new owners were ready to update the space for their family of six. Keeping within the footprint, the space feels larger thanks to the removal of heavy soffits and the addition of soaring 3-piece crown molding. A wall of custom cabinetry houses three pantries full of roll-outs, a fully integrated refrigerator and freezer, and a beautiful dry bar complete with dual beverage refrigerators. The white-painted cabinetry is complemented by the natural finish walnut island which has, upon closer inspection, major design elements that feel more work-of-art than utilitarian. Gorgeous 2" thick marble countertops, extensive lighting and cabinetry options — plus an overall better layout — make this eat-in kitchen both stunning and functional for a growing family.
