ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER | Are you a highly-organized individual with a passion for building? We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our fast-paced production team in charge of high-end residential award-winning home remodeling projects. The ideal candidate:

• Will assist with project planning, scheduling, specification writing, client and building official meeting prep, material ordering and tracking

• Coordinates subcontractor hiring and scheduling

• Possesses strong communication, administrative, and computer skills

• Assists with field training meetings and is able to present job-site safety topics

• Performs all duties with Platt Builders’ high level of standards

LEAD CARPENTER | Are you a highly-skilled and experienced craftsman dedicated to carpentry? Our Lead Carpenters are in charge of high-end residential remodeling projects and ensure that we produce what we have promised to our clients. The ideal candidate:

• Can read and interpret paperwork including all plans, work orders, and change orders

• Will manage time and make adjustments to keep the project on schedule

• Is responsible for ordering materials as detailed in the plans

• Will collaborate with the Project Manager if questions arise and communicate any changes to the client

• Can supervise job-related carpenters and sub-contractors on site

CABINETMAKER |Are you a highly-skilled, motivated, and experienced cabinetmaker? Join our well-established and growing custom cabinetry millwork shop! We craft fully-custom cabinetry in our brand new 14,000sf cabinet shop. The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to read and understand design plans and specs

• Make cut-lists

• Check accuracy of plans and bring attention to any discrepancy

• Operate and maintain machines and tools

• Efficiently build high-quality cabinetry while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and conduct

• Have at least two (2) years of cabinet-making experience

• Be dependable, committed to job site safety, and be able to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis

CARPENTER |Are you a highly-skilled and experienced craftsman dedicated to carpentry? Our Carpenters work on high-end residential remodeling projects as part of a team that encourages job growth. Carpenters report directly to the Director of Production with oversight by the Lead Carpenter/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will:

• Provide on-site carpentry from demo to finish as directed

• Accurately maintain daily log of your time for accounting purposes

• Perform all duties with superior craftsmanship and minimal direct supervision

• Provide jobsite assistance to Lead Carpenter

• Maintain professional level of communication with client throughout the project

SEASONAL PAINTER | Are you a skilled painter looking for seasonal work? We are looking for a summer painter to join our Prismatic Painting by Platt Builders team. The Prismatic team delivers white-glove service to interior and exterior painting projects throughout the area. The ideal candidate will:

• Perform surface preparation, priming, and painting to the standards we adhere to

• Work safely and follow all company rules

• Have the ability to follow the direction of the Lead Painter on site and ask questions as needed

• Understand and maintain the high level of service that the Company delivers to every project

• Accurately maintain a daily log of your time for accounting purposes

• Perform all duties with superior craftsmanship
